The house is located on a quiet and secluded spot on a south hill with nice views. Behind the property starts the forest and mountain.
The property has a total built area of 152 sq. m. and now has level of completion with plastered walls and concrete floors. The house is with solid construction with a concrete structure and has two entrances on the first floor - one from the living room and dining room and another through the hallway. Internal stairs lead to the second floor housing two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The yard has a size of 632 sq. m. with enough space to build a barbeque aera and even installing a swimming pool.
The village is located in Elena Bolkan, about 6 km. southeast from the village of Buynovtsi. Situated on a high hill to the river Miikovska at the northern foot of Chumerna peak (1536 meters). Near the Chumerna peak is hut Chumerna, popular for its ski slopes and ski lift. The village has a population of about 54 people. The nature and climate make it very appropriate and attractive place for rural tourism. Summer is sunny and cool and winter is mild, with many snowy days. In the Elena-Tvarditsa Bolkan there are many small fast-flowing rivers, in which you will find Balkan barbel and chub. Summer time provide conditions for swimming. There are many places which can be visit for day trips. Nearby is Miikovska Eco path, which reveals the natural attractions of the Elena Balkan. It starts near the village and runs along the Topla river. The altitude there is 730 meters.
