Two identical houses on the shore of lake Yovkovtsi. The houses are new and of high quality construction. They are finished and just need furnishing. They are located in a small residential complex (ideal for family vacations) only 6 km. from Elena and 300 meters from the lake. The properties are two storey houses in traditional Bulgarian style. Each house has incredible views and 850 sq. m. yard. Total area of the houses is 206.42 square meters and includes entrance hall, living room, kitchen, dining room and toilet on the first floor. On the second floor - three bedrooms, three bathrooms with toilets and a veranda.
Building materials used in construction of the houses are of the highest quality, suitable for local climate. Each house has hydro and thermal insulation on the walls inside. White plaster, traditional wooden and stone are chosen for the outside look. The roof is made of a wooden structure covered with tiles. The bedrooms are with oak flooring, a bathroom and toilet with faience and terracotta. Each house has a fireplace with a water jacket and extra electric boiler.
Elena provides an interesting combination between the virgin nature and atmosphere of the bulgarian small mountain town. Elena is a city located in the outskirts of the Stara Planina mountain, 42 km from the old capital Veliko Tarnovo, 250 km from Varna, 280 km from Sofia. The whole area is suitable for active family vacations: hiking, fishing and gathering herbs are just some of the things each visitor can enjoy here.
