Reservation & Agency Commission

You could reserve an apartment in this building located in Sredna Traka district, Varna immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

All prices include VAТ. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 4-6% on top of the purchase price and there are no other hidden costs.

Bulgarian Properties charge 3% agency commission (but not less than 500 Euro), payable at signing of the Preliminary contract.
