Tsarevo summer resort
Tsarevo is a small summer resort on the Black Sea coast and very close to Strandja Mountain, set 70 km outside the city of Bourgas and the airport there. Tsarevo is a family resort that is outside the noise city life and the crowds and besides excellent sandy beach. In the region could be found traces of ancient civilizations, such as stone figures, sun discs carved in stone, Thracian dolmens, fortress walls and sanctuaries. In Tsarevo are available excellent conditions for sports and recreation, many restaurants and cafes, pizzerias, bars and night-clubs. Here could be seen the spectacular dance on live embers.
The Mediterranean climate in the area determines long summer periods and about 1,700 hours of sunshine from May to October, as well as milder winter months. The resort is about 30 minutes drive to Burgas and its international airport and 350 km to Istanbul (around 60 km to the Turkish border).

Standard of Apartments

Maintenance of the complex (compulsory):
The annual maintenance fee for the apartments at Bay Viw Complex is 12 Euros per sq.m. (VAT included).

Reservation of Apartments
Any apartment in the Bay View complex can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 1000 Euro paid into the developer’s bank account by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation deposit will hold the property for maximum 28 days when the preliminary contract will be signed.

Payment Plan
- 1000 Euro reservation deposit, non-refundable
- 50 % first installment payable at signing the Preliminary Contract (maximum 28 days after reservation)
- 50 % second installment due when Certificate for Habitation is issued (approx. 1st September 2008)

Prices, Sizes, Availability (constantly updated and valid!)
Prices are final. On top of this price you will also need to pay the Notary fees, stamp duty and local tax (approx. 4 - 6 % on the price shown on the Title Deeds).
Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property (approx. 80 Euros for a one-bedroom apartment).
