THE PAMPOROVO SKI RESORT
Pamporovo is a modern ski resort located in the Rhodopi mountain range and situated approx. 85 km south of Plovdiv City and the airport there. Its highest peak is Snejanka with 1926 m above sea level. As it is the most southern skiing resort in Europe, Pamporovo has mild climate with long ski season and snow coverage of about 150-200 days per year. The resort is suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers and at the moment has 25 km of ski runs and 17.5 km of alpine tracks, 5 chair lifts, 3 drag lifts and 13 tows with total capacity of 8500 tourists per hour. During the summer can be practiced mountain biking & trekking, fishing & horse riding. The Aegean Sea in Greece is only 80 km from here.

Furnishing prices depend on the size of the apartment. Given the fast pace of development in Bulgaria as a consequence of joining the EU, it is difficult to predict the actual price of these furnishings so far in advance. At today's prices, we expect that it will cost about 6000 euros to furnish a one bed apt and 7500 euros to furnish a 2 bed apartment.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & LETTING
Property management service is provided by the developer in partnership with Pamporovo Castle Development and major international and local tour operators. The owners will be offered to sign contracts for property management and letting.
MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING AND ITS COMMUNAL AREAS (compulsory)
The maintenance of the building and the communal areas is provided by the developer of the complex upon a contract. The annual maintenance fee is 9.6 Euro/sq.m (VAT included) and it covers the following:
• Annual maintenance of communal areas and spa/sports facilities
• Cleaning of the snow
• Maintenance, cleaning and heating of the common parts;
• Maintenance of the electrical and water supply systems; payment of electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)
• Standard repairs occurring from normal use
GENERAL CONDITIONS
• No company is needed to own an apartment in Dream View Complex.
• It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
• It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to acquire the ownership or receive the title deeds of the apartment.
RESERVATIONS
Any apartment can be immediately reserved for 14 days with a holding fee of 5% of the asking price, deposit is non-refundable. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contract with the development company as a proof of the payment. The first installment is to be paid within approx. 25-30 days after reservation.
PAYMENT PLAN:
Standard
- 5 % deposit (non-refundable if you decide not to purchase)
- 25 % is paid at signing the Preliminary Contract (within 30 days after deposit)
- 20 % is paid within 3 months after signing the Preliminary Contract
- 20 % is paid within 6 months after signing the Preliminary Contract
- 20 % is paid within 9 months after signing the Preliminary Contract
- 10 % is paid on transferring the Title Deeds to the new owner
The apartments will be available for use before the final payment is done.
With 5 % OFF
- 5 % deposit (non-refundable if you decide not to purchase)
- 95 % is paid on transferring the Title Deeds to the new owner (not later than two months after the deposit)
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
(Constantly updated. Prices are final, inclusive of VAT. The full price paid is written in the title deeds. The additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 5 % on top of the purchase price. There are no other hidden costs.
