You could make a reservation immediately by paying one monthly rent.
On the day of accommodation you should also also pay one refundable damage deposit of one monthly rent.

Rental price
The long-term rental price of the apartment is 500 Euro per month.
This price does not include the utility costs for electricity, water, TV, Internet, maintenance of the common parts of the building.
