The area is rich in water resources, including the Iskar River and its tributaries—Gratchki Dol, Katrandzhia, Matitsa, Piperitsa and Kriva Vada—as well as numerous mineral springs (“toplitsi”) with highly mineralised underground waters, located along tectonic fault lines.
The village of Dragushinovo is located in a mountainous area just 2 km from Samokov, and due to this proximity, it is often considered an extension or residential zone of the town. This makes the property particularly attractive for permanent living, a holiday home, or long-term investment, combining natural surroundings with quick access to urban amenities.
