The largest amusement indoor center for children in Bulgaria will open in September with the opening of the new Sofia Ring Mall near the IKEA shop in the capital. This news item was announced today by Sotiris Yannakoudakis, retail and leasing director of the Sofia Ring Mall conference for investment projects in the real estate sector BalREc 2014. New FUNTASY Ring Park will cover an area of over 5500 square meters and will offer a lot of entertainment for children of all ages.

Visitors of the huge amusement center will be able to choose such attractions as year-round ice rink, bowling, rides, arena riding bikes, jumping area with trampolines, electronic games and simulators, bumper cars and many others.

Moreover, parents can leave their children in the care of specially trained animators of FUNtasy Ring Park for two hours while they shop, dine or do something else in the Mall.

Sofia Ring Mall is a shopping center of a new generation that will revolutionize Bulgarian retail market with a combination of options for shopping, leisure and entertainment that will be offered under one roof. The whole concept of the shopping center is subordinated to this idea.

Designed by Europe's leading architecture firm L35, the design of the Sofia Ring Mall makes it really different from other shopping centers with large open spaces, wide terraces, glass facade and roof, more natural light instead of artificial lighting and green space of over 28,000 square m.

The store NOTOS Galleries in Sofia Ring Mall will cover an area of over 6000 square meters and has three floors. With the opening of NOTOS for the first time in Bulgaria will enter the so-called concept "shop-in-shop" (general store in the Mall), which offers a variety of brands for the whole family at the same place.

The total investment in the Sofia Ring Mall amounted to over 120 million euro. Investors in the project are Fourlis Group - one of the leading companies in the Balkans, which trades with fixed products and Danaos Group, dealing with shipping, information technology, construction, banking and financial services.

The area of the project, joining in one the Sofia Ring Mall and the only one IKEA store in Bulgaria will be over 100,000 square meters. The mall will include over 200 shops, a multiplex with 10 screens and 3500 parking spaces.
