VARNA WEBSITE STATEMENT

2006-03-21   |  BulgarianProperties

BulgarianProperties would like to announce that Nikolay Angelov, our
former franchise representative in the Varna region and his team have now created a new trade mark named BGP Services (www.bgp.bg). This company will operate independently, but will work alongside BulgarianProperties.

The BGP trademark was launched at the major international housing exhibition in Kiev, Ukraine from 21st to 24th February and their new operations will be marked by the opening of new sales offices in Varna centre, Obzor and Kavarna on 1st April, from where they will continue serving clients who have already purchased properties in the regions of Varna, Kavarna, Balchik, Byala, Obzor, Ruse, Silistra, Razgrad, Shumen and Targovishte.
This re-structuring is an inevitable part of the growth of the real estate industry in Bulgaria. It is also an extremely positive indicator of the way in which efficient, professionally managed and ethical companies will always prosper and grow within a dynamic market.
We will continue to support and encourage BGP Services by working together in a spirit of healthy, mutual co-operation.
