House Hunters International shoots new series in Veliko Tarnovo area
Bulgarian Properties office – Veliko Tarnovo and our regional manager Stefan Konsulov took part in the shooting of series focusing on Bulgaria for the program House Hunters International last week. The TV spinoff of House Hunters follows individuals, couples and families who are looking to buy homes outside of the United States through the help of a real estate agent. In each episode the buyers have to choose from three properties, picking one at the end. The series end with a second visit to the buyers several weeks after the purchase, revealing the effect of the new home on their lives. The reality series are very popular in the United States, being aired by HGTV.
Bulgaria is now in the focus of the new series thanks to the increased interest by property buyers from the United States. The old capital of Bulgaria, Veliko Tarnovo, was specifically chosen due to its interesting architecture and beautiful nature, rich history and well-preserved traditions.
The episode that was shot is expected to be launched during the autumn.
