Green Life Company Celebrated Its 10th Birthday

The director and co-owner of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES, Nicola Stoyanov, was a special guest at the celebration of the 10th birthday of the Green Life, one of the leading companies for investment in holiday properties in Bulgaria.

The party was attended by politicians, owners of leading companies, public figures. Among the guests were architect Kalin Dikov, the President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Tsvetan Simeonov, the owner of the AG Capital holding Hristo Iliev, the CEO of DSK Bank Diana Miteva, the managing partner of “City Media Group” Veneta Kristeva, the athlete Tereza Marinova, the actor Marin Yanev and many others. The event was hosted by Bogdan Tomov. The owner of the company Nikolai Pehlivanov, the CEO Theophil Petrov and the commercial director Mariana Daskalov were there to receive the congratulations of the guests. The birthday party took place in the garden of an elite restaurant in the center of Sofia.

Green Life company deals with the design, construction and sale of holiday complexes, the most successful completed to that date are the complexes in Sozopol and in the winter resorts of Bansko and Pamporovo. The emblematic project of the company is GreenLife Beach Resort in Sozopol, which received the award “Building of the Year for 2011”.

Green Life company works successfully both on the Bulgarian and the international market, the company's main customers are from Russia. For its 10 years of existence, the company has built nearly 120 000 sq.m. of holiday areas along with 100 000 sq m. of green zones in line with the company's policy of construction in harmony with nature. The company Green Life is successful in the years of crisis and has over 1600 customers, awards from Bulgaria and abroad, and nearly 20 campaigns of social responsibility. In 2013 the company plans to enter the city property market.
