BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Price Indices (BPI) – June 2013

2013-07-10   |  Polina Stoykova MRICS, Chief Operations Manager and Head of Research

In June, for a third month in a row, apartment prices in the capital continued to gain strength, returning to their levels from the autumn of 2012. This trend has been supported by an increased market activity and more property sales in Sofia in 2Q of 2013 as per the data of the Registry Agency that we have recently announced. The active summer season in Sunny Beach has contributed to a further increase in listing prices, while in Bansko we can see a negative trend which is normal for the low season and very much resembles the situation from the summer of 2012.
