BULGARIAN PROPERTIES was awarded Agency of the Year

Real Estate Awards, organized by the real estate portal Imoti.net, awarded the winners in the industry at an official ceremony at Inter Expo Center on May 28.

The leaders in the real estate business in Bulgaria and many other special guests were present in the hall, among whom was the Chief Architect of Sofia Zdravko Zdravkov, who is part of the expert jury of the competition.

The manager of Imoti.net Snezhana Stoycheva opened the official event and welcomed the attendees, and on the stage next to her as a presenter was Petya Kertikova, host of "News ON AIR" on Bulgaria ON AIR TV.

Awards in the competition were given to the most deserving and outstanding companies and individual brokers in large, medium and small companies.


BULGARIAN PROPERTIES received the biggest award - for "Agency of the Year", as well as the special award of Postbank for quality of service. Polina Stoykova MRICS, Managing Director of the company, accepted with gratitude these valuable awards and dedicated them to the entire team of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES, to all who have been part of the company over the past 20 years and to all colleagues and partners who work with dedication, professionalism and integrity.

"We have established more than one good practice over the years. For example, working with developers on new build developments, which was extremely difficult to enforce, but it is to this day that a lot of agencies rely on new build and successful partnerships with developers in their work. Generally what we see from client comments on our website is that they value professionalism, our good and friendly attitude, our honesty and integrity and these are the things that matter most in our work," she said.


With these awards, the total number of prizes in the collection of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES from the Imoti.net's Real Estate Awards became 10 and this makes us the company with the most awards won over the years in this prestigious competition. These include awards for Website of the Year, Broker of the Year and Agency and Website of the Year - Consumer Vote, Most Dynamic Development and Best Advertising.

Imoti.net's Real Estate Awards is the only national competition in the real estate sector in Bulgaria, which since 2016 has recognised the most successful real estate brokers and agencies, the best property websites and the achievements of investors and developers in residential and commercial projects.
