📈 We've wintenessed another strong month for the property market and we're entering the no less active summer months, which have shaped up as the peak months for the market in recent years.
The activity and positive results in property have been confirmed by the official statistics of the NSI. According to it, property prices accelerated their growth in the first quarter of 2024.
In June, we continued our participation in forums and conferences. One of them was our participation in the economic forum "The Sound of Money", where we once again summarized the trends and gave tips for a successful property sale.

In the third quarter of 2025, Bulgaria was among the EU countries experiencing the strongest growth in house prices, according to Eurostat data.
