The first month of 2024 flew by in the blink of an eye, and it's time to introduce our real estate champions who will proudly bear the title of "Agent of the Month"!
The year kicked off successfully for the real estate market in Bulgaria with significant activity, property viewings, and successful transactions all across the country. We presented a wealth of data, analyses, and statistics for the market, made appearances as experts on national television and radio, and provided summaries and forecasts. Recently, the Registration Agency released data on the number of property transactions, indicating that volumes in Sofia, Plovdiv, Ruse, Bansko, and some other cities are starting to rise after several consecutive quarters of decline. At the same time, our data shows that price growth is slowing down.
All of this leads us to expect another active year for property transactions. Price growth is projected to slow down to around 5% in Sofia and 5-10% for the rest of the country.
