Recently, the Registration Agency released data on the number of property transactions, indicating that volumes in Sofia, Plovdiv, Ruse, Bansko, and some other cities are starting to rise after several consecutive quarters of decline. At the same time, our data shows that price growth is slowing down.
All of this leads us to expect another active year for property transactions. Price growth is projected to slow down to around 5% in Sofia and 5-10% for the rest of the country.
