BULGARIAN PROPERTIES awarded for best website, agency and broker of the year

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES received a standing ovation and became the star of the 5th edition of the Annual Awards of imoti.net.


At a glamorous ceremony, which took place on July 7, 2020 in Sofia Event Center, the real estate portal imoti.net celebrated its 20th anniversary and presented its 5-th annual awards to the best real estate agencies and professionals in Bulgaria.


BULGARIAN PROPERTIES received the most responsible and important awards:

🏆 Website of the Year, chosen unanimously by the jury and the users
🏆 Agency of the Year - Consumer Award, which for the second year in a row strengthens our position as agency number 1 in Bulgaria
🏆 Broker of the Year for our top agent Rosen Stankov and his excellent achievements in the sales of the exclusive gated complex Modera Residence in Sofia.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES was also among the finalists in the categories Agency of the Year (jury vote) and Most Dynamic Company.


The awards for website and agency of the year were received by the Managing Director of the company Polina Stoykova MRICS, who congratulated the significant anniversary of the organizers and shared:


"It is a great pleasure for me to receive an award for website of the year, as BULGARIAN PROPERTIES is just a little younger than Imoti.net - it is almost 18 years old and for us it is a grown up child. This site is one of the oldest Bulgarian real estate portals and really deserves this award. It has undergone many transformations and I think it acquired perhaps its best look in 2019 after its latest redesign.

This is a website that has over 100,000 real estate listings from around Bulgaria and has nearly 20,000 unique visitors per day.

Its foreign language version is number one when looking for property in Bulgaria from abroad and in practice it is the face of the Bulgarian real estate industry for foreign buyers and investors.

A site, which has been a leader since its launch in 2003 and which to this day serves as a model and imposes standards in our field.

And last but not least - the site that embodies all that BULGARIAN PROPERTIES stands for and represents, namely the properties in Bulgaria and Bulgaria with its advantages and positives, with its attractive and affordable properties with better and better quality, and I hope, a more preferred place to live.
