This plot of land is situated on the territory of a village that is 40 km away from the city of Bourgas and its beaches, facilities and attractions, 45 km away from the international airport of Bourgas, and only 10 km away from the small town of Primorsko
The major advantage of the plot is its location: it is surrounded by beautiful scenery, 60 metres of it border an asphalt road and to the back of it there is a forest and a game reserve. It is close to the new golf course project, the construction of which started not long ago and is currently under way.
