We offer to your attention a working guest house with wonderful views at the edge of the village of Krushene, in an area with numerous tourist sites - a popular holiday destination in the hot summer with a large public swimming pool available. Krushuna Falls are located 1 km south of the village centre.

In the landscaped garden of the property there is a small swimming pool, barbecue with gazebo and two tables, children's playground with slide and many beautiful decorative stones and flowers.

There are two entrances to the house - one from the street, which leads to the second floor, and an entrance from the garden with a veranda and access to the tavern and kitchen and to one of the guest rooms. The kitchen and tavern are equipped with table, fireplace and small equipped bar. There is a utility room with tools in the corner.

An internal staircase serves all three floors:
• First floor - along a hallway there is also a toilet for the tavern and a bedroom with a terrace to the inner garden with bathroom and toilet.
• Second floor - with the entrance from the road is provided for families with children - a small one-bedroom apartment with a terrace and its own bathroom and toilet, and another double room with own bathroom and toilet.
• Third floor - three double bedrooms, each with bathroom and toilet, two of which also with balconies.

The house has a garage in which the heating system is placed - wood-burning fireplace.

The garden of the property is 480 sq.m., suitable with minimal maintenance to serve the guests of the house.

The village as a tourist destination enjoying an enviable interest in its tourist sites as well as several festivals happening annually in the surrounding fields.
