local pubs, restaurants, bars, bus and train services, medical care, school,
etc.

The property is situated at the outskirts of the town in a peaceful area
and at the same time on walking distance from the centre and all amenities.
It is accessible trough a tarmac road in all seasons. The estate offers plot
of 800 sq. m. of land and TWO houses (built up area 160 sq.m.)

The first house is on two levels and comprises of two bedrooms on the upper

RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION

You could reserve this property immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer.

Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
