We are pleased to offer you a rural property with a large garden. The village is close to the town of Lovech. The main house is on two storeys. The first one has a cellar, two rooms. The second floor consists of two rooms and a corridor. In the garden there is another smaller building on one floor consisting of two rooms and a bathroom. The garden is cultivated with fruit trees. Water and electricity are available. There is about 200 m graveled road leading to the house. Still it is accessible throughout the year.
The village is supplied with several shops, a post office and medical service. The area is rich in water resources and caves. The town of Lovech itself is located along the two banks of the Ossam River in a very picaresque way just where the last heights of the Fore-Balkan end.
