You can reserve this property immediately by paying a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euros, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer.

After receiving the deposit the property will be reserved for a period of 14 days, after which they must sign a preliminary contract for sale.

The commission paid to the agency at the rate of 3% of purchase price (but not less than 2000 Euro) and is due upon signing the preliminary contract of sale.
