Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

Payment Plan
• 10% upon signing of the Preliminary Contract ( the 3% deposit will be deducted from that amount)
• 90% upon finalizing the deal with the Notary.

Bulgarian Properties charges 3% agency commission (but not less than 1 000 euro) for this house, payable at the time of signing the Preliminary Contract.
