The complex is situated on the bank of the Osam river in the old part of the town Lovech, which is famous because of its old Renaissance architecture.
There is unique covered bridge built by architect Kolyo Ficheto in 1872 - 1874, which is a symbol of the town, the museum "Vasil Levski", ethnographic complex - medieval fortress "Hissarъа", churches "Assumption" and "Holy Sunday", the old Turkish bath.

Hotel rooms are equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, Internet, mini bar, bathroom with bathtub or shower, balconies with wonderful view.
There is a restaurant with 60 seats, two balconies, one of them covered, summer garden with 80 seats. There is also a winter garden with many exotic plants. The complex can be used by organized tours groups, business guests and individual tourists.
The town of Lovech offers to its visitors numerous of interesting places to visit - museums, sightseeing, zoo etc.
