The apartment we offer, is located on the third floor. Its actual built up area is 88.10 sq.m (plus 13 sq.m common parts), distributed as follows: an entrance, a storage room, a living room with an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and two balconies.The apartment is finished to key with fully fitted bathroom and kitchen(without the electrical appliances) and air-conditioner, included in the price. There is an unobstructed front sea view from the living room.

Upon request a separate Property Management and Rental contract could be signed.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
• It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
• No company is needed to own an apartment in Sea Village Complex.
RESERVATION & AGENCY COMMISSION
This property may be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
The Agency’s commission is due to be settled upon signing of the Preliminary Contract.
Additional expenses for notary, state and municipal taxes might reach up to 6% of the sales price.
