Kavala Street Apartments: Reservation & Agency Commission
Any apartment in Kavala Street Apartments can be reserved by a non-refundable deposit of 1 000 Euros, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contact with the development company and to pay the first installment within 14 days after reservation.
BulgarianProperties charge no agency commission for Kavala Street Apartments.
All the apartments in the building are sold with ideal parts of the land. Foreigners shall register a Bulgarian company to obtain ownership over the property.
Kavala Street Apartments: Payment plan
- 1 000 EUR reservation deposit
- 50 % of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on the signing of the purchase contract. The contract will be drawn up within a maximum of 14 days after the reservation fee is paid.
- 50% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) within minimum 15 days before the signing of the Notary Deed.

Kavala Street Apartments will be completely finished with VAT included in the price. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
