The villa we’re offering is situated on a quiet place, near the sea, 25 minutes away(by car) from the highway to Sofia and the airport of Varna. By car, you can reach Varna only for 15 minutes. The sea resort of Albena is 20 minutes away and Golden Sands – only 5 minutes. The beach is only 5 minutes away by foot. The beach area of Kabakum is one of the most famous and visited in Varna. People can also access the coast line by chair lift.

In the close proximity to the home you will find: food stores, numerous catering establishments and restaurants, a SPA complex wit a swimming pool, a bus stop to the city of Varna and Golden Sands. Easily accessible are the establishments and the night life of : Sunny Day, Golden Sands and Albena, where you can find many night club, restaurants, café-bars and other.

We offer you a house in a closed type complex, with a yard area of 1000 sq.m. The property has a total built up area of 160 sq.m. It consists of 2 floors:

First floor – living room, fully fitted kitchen box, fridge, washing machine, cooking oven, bedroom with double bed, bathroom/WC(with shower cabin), spacious veranda with table and chairs.

Second floor – 2 bedrooms, both with bathroom/WC’s and a shower cabins, a small kitchen with a fridge. The bedrooms are furnished with a double/two single beds, two winged wardrobe, night tables. The two bedrooms have a common terrace, which has a splendid sea view.

Every room has an air conditioner.

The house has a security alarming system.

The renting price includes:

- cooperation by accommodation
- per week cleaning of the villa
- electricity expenses
- water expenses
- TV and internet
- Garden maintenance
- Additional assistance from the house manager


RENTING PRICE
The renting price for one week is 520 Euro. On the day of accommodation a deposit of 150 Euro must be given, which will be refunded upon departure if there aren’t any damages.
