We are very pleased to present a House village, which is a cozy place for a living. The complex is built in typical Bulgarian style, which will help you feel the local flavor and atmosphere. The complex is situated at 480 meters from the sea. From the windows of every house there is a magnificent sea view.

Within the complex total area 2000 sq.m. are offered 5 cozy two-storey houses, divided into two halves, built-up area 112.57 sq.m. each. Each house will be built on a plot of 250 sq.m. The homes can be fully furnished upon request and expenses of the client.

Information about the object:
• Type of construction: monolithic design with bearing reinforced concrete elements - columns, and washers;
• Bearing walls - bricks thickness 25 cm;
• Internal wall (septum) - brick, thickness of 12.5 cm
• Insulation system, plaster, structural coating and heat resistant exterior paint resistant to chemical attack and the effect of UV-rays;

Terms of payment:
- 2000 euro deposit - reservation fee
- 40% (minus 2,000 euro) - shall be paid after the signing of the preliminary contract
- 60% payable in equal parts until 01.06.2012 year.
