Ljuben Karavelovo village is located in northeastern Bulgaria and is part of Aksakovo Municipality, Varna district. It is located 25 km from Varna, 43 km from Golden sands and 53 km from Albena resort. It is only 20 km from Varna International airport and has a regular bus service to Varna. There are a few shops and a Post office in the village and a spring at the bottom of the hill.
