”Bliznatsi” is a village in northeastern Bulgaria. It belongs to Avren municipality, Varna District and is located about 4 km from the village of Priseltsi and 20 km from Varna city.

The village combines two former villages: Goren Bliznak (now North) and Dolen Bliznak (south). It is close to the main road Varna - Burgas, 4 km from the mouth of Kamchia river and 2 km from the Black Sea, where you could find unguarded beach. In the mouth of the Kamchia River there is a resort complex (3-4 km from the village) and the National Reserve “Longoza”.

This stone house has a total built up area of 97 sq.m and a yard of 780 sq.m. The house is located in the center of Goren Bliznak village and borders by the village hall, the community center and the main road. It has all necessary communications; electricity and water.

You could reserve this house immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for a period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
