The area of Evksinograd is located in North-East of Bulgaria, the district of Varna. It is situated 8 km from the city itself and 15 km from the airport. The most famous landmarks there are the remarkable palace of “Evksinograd”, which is a royal summer residence and has been built from 1881 to 1885, and the greeny, fresh park of “Evksinograd”, which is located on the coastline, close to both the beach resorts of “St.St. Constantine and Elena” and “Golen Sands”. In the area, people can also visit the small monastery of “St. Dimitar”. Not less famous than the palace is the wine cellar of “Evksinograd”. It spreads on two underground levels and its biggest casks, hold more than 3000 liters of wine. The roads in the region are in excellent condition and there are numerous regular buses to every city point.

You could reserve this property immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer.

Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
