We are offering you a three-storey house, located near the sea, in the area of “Akchelar”.

The area of “Akchelar” has the combination of the mountain quietness and the close proximity to the beaches of the North-Eastern coast. Akchelar is located 5 km from the central parts of Varna. Only 5 minutes away by vehicle are the beach resort of “St. St. Constantine and Elena” and the beach of Varna. The nearest beach lies only 3.5 km away and the numerous sea resorts offer recreation and all kind of entertainment.

The house is built on a plot of 1200 sq.m., the total built up area is 330 sq.m and there are 3 floors for living.

- the utility expenses for electricity, water, cable TV and telephone
- the property management fee for maintaining the common parts

You could make a reservation immediately by paying a deposit of one monthly rent. At the time of accommodation you should also pay a refundable damage deposit. The house is available only for long term renting (12 months).
