The chalet offers a perfect picture view with mountains, undulating pastures, farm buildings and wooded hill sides.

The chalet is part of the complex Rhodope Mountain Chalets. Each chalet is approx 142 sq. m in size and stands on a large plot of land - between 400 sq. m and 750 sq. m. The chalet has a large 36 sq. m open plan living room with dining and kitchen areas. A real open fireplace is positioned in the living area. A big verrandah and large terraces facing the downhills are also part of the building. The 2 double bedrooms are large enough at 17 sq. m and 16 sq. m to contain a double and single bed in each bedroom. With a sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms, each chalet has space for up to 8 guests. The living room with the kitchen area and bathroom with toilet are situated on the first floor. The two bedrooms and the second bathroom with toilet are situated on the second floor. The storage room is on the ground floor.

The development of six hand-crafted 2-bedroom chalets overall will be built on a large south facing plot of 3400 sq.m, on the edge of the village of Ortsevo. Each chalet will have parking for up to 2 cars and uninterrupted views to the valley and mountains beyond. Each of the chalets will be certificated with Certificate for habitation just after completion.

The popular ski town of Bansko is only a short car drive away with its skiing, restaurants, bars and other après ski facilities. Bansko is a good place to spend some time, but its great to escape to the peace and tranquillity of the Ortsevo village. Relax in your own hot tub after a days skiing, or light the BBQ in the summer after a day in the mountains horse riding or cycling, walking or off-roading. If you like shooting, hunting or fishing, these are also available in the area.
