A large swim pond (12metres x 10 metres) provides an eye catching water feature with a waterfall and filter system. This ornamental lake is stocked with over 500 Carp and because the water is fed from an underground spring it is perfectly safe to swim with the fish. The swim pond could easily be converted into a swimming pool (1.6 metres deep with a shallow end).
On the East side of the property just inside the gates is an area of hard standing, approx 70sqm`s, where you can park up to 6 cars.
The village has several food stores and a bar, also a post office and a church. It is only a 30 minute drive along the banks of the River Danube to Vidin which has three major international supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants, a good night life and a bustling, lively, daily market where you can buy almost anything from fresh fruit and vegetables to tools, clothes, etc.
A new bridge is currently being constructed over the Danube which will be completed in the next few months, and will open up the region, creating a new gateway to Europe, which will hopefully bring new opportunities for the area in every aspect.
