Gorun is an unspoilt charming, small village with spread-out houses, surrounded by fields on rolling hills and forests. A number of holiday villas and new houses have recently been built in the village. There are a restaurant, a café, church, bus station and other amenities available.

The nearest beach is just 8km and Kavarna is 15km away from the village. Kavarna is a Black Sea coastal town and seaside resort in the Dobruja region of northeastern Bulgaria. It lies 64 km northeast of Varna and 49 km from Dobrich on the international road E87. A little yacht port, a fishing base, a spacious beach and a resort complex exist in the town. The landmark Cape Kaliakra is located a few kilometers to the east, as is the tony beachfront resort of Rusalka. Three 18-hole golf courses with villa communities and marinas are being developed nearby, two of the courses are designed by Gary Player and one by Ian Woosnam.

The house has total living area of 80 sq.m. and consists of 3 rooms, a corridor and a small kitchen. In the garden (1600 sq.m.) there are a summer kitchen with a premise for bathroom, an outbuilding and some fruit-trees.

The property is supplied with septic tank, electricity and running water. The asphalt road to the house is accessible throughout the year.

You could reserve this property immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer.

Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
