LONG-TERM OFFER : NOVEMBER-APRIL

The renting price for one month is 900 Euro (without VAT)

You could make a reservation immediately by paying one monthly rent. At the time of accommodation you should also pay a refundable deposit of 900 Euro. This amount is subject to return upon leaving the property and after verifying there are no damages.

The agency charges one-time agency commission of 50 % of the renting price.

The price does not include the utility expenses such as:
• Electricity
• Water
• Garden Maintenance

SHORT-TERM OFFER : MAY-OCTOBER

The renting price for one week stay is 900 Euro (without VAT)
The renting price for two weeks is 1 600 Euro (without VAT)
The renting price for one month is 2 900 Euro (without VAT)

You could make a reservation immediately by paying one weekly rent. At the time of accommodation you should also pay to the landlord a refundable deposit of 500 Euro. This amount is subject to return upon leaving the property and after verifying there are no damages.

The agency charges one-time agency commission of 30 % of the renting price.
