First line of the sea in Tsarevo

This spacious family house is situated on the beach, between the summer resort of Lozenets and Tsarevo.
The house is solid, built in 2002 and is on one floor. It has 310 square meters area and is for sale fully furnished. The internal space is distributed very functional and includes a spacious living room with fireplace, storage room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All walls and ceilings are lined with wood paneling, which creates additional comfort.

The windows of the living room shows a wonderful view of the beach, which is only few meters away. In front of the living room stretches a vast terrace – with 110 sq. m area, where is the barbecue. The house was built on a plot with area of 980 sq. m, which slopes gently to the beach and a great sheltered cove. The property has its own water and electricity supply, as well as satellite TV.

The courtyard with area of 980 sq. m, has an adjacent part of the beach with area of 2000 sq. m, which can only be used by property owners due to it specific location and therefore it is well maintained and there is a pool bar upon 60 years old, beautiful elms.

The house is fully autonomous - independent of the capacity of energy and water supply in Tsarevo.
Drinking water is from their own source with constant flow of 300 liters per hour and year-round temperature of 12 degrees Celsius. Sanitation is by an individual, hermetically sealed, in a closed steel 8 cubic tank, which is cleaned by machine.
The house is full of energy-efficient LED lighting, yet introduced as mandatory for public buildings in the EU. The overall fuel consumption to ensure the house for twenty-four hours functions, including lighting, satellite TV, music - indoor and outdoor sound system, use of washing machine and dishwasher, is 1 liter of petrol. Heating is done with Italian combustion chamber, blowing all rooms with fan. Cooker, hot water heater and refrigerator are working on gas. Electrical installation is combined – 12 and 220 V.

The bay in front of the property is one of the most attractive places for spearfishing on the southern coast. It is lee, protected from the open sea with an underwater reef and with the possibility of mooring of vessels with less draft and keel yachts with no danger to them in a storm.
In the yard are growing cypresses, palms, pomegranate, kiwi, olive, persimmon, bay leaf / tree / rosemary, peaches, apricots, apples, plums, quince, medlar, and 30 different varieties of Bulgarian and French grapes bearing fruit throughout the season.
In this part of the country - Strandja mountain region has never developed any type of industry and therefore nature has been preserved with all its wealth of herbs, mushrooms, game and fish.
