It will take you no more than 15 min by car to get to downtown Varna, 5 min to reach the world-famous resort Golden Sands and 20 min to visit Albena resort and the town of Balchik.

Within 5-6 min walk one could get to the nearest beach. The Cabacum beach is one of the most popular Varna beaches. There is a chair-lift available, which could also take you to the beach and the sea just in a couple of minutes.

In close proximity to villa “Cabacum” there is a supermarket, numerous food outlets and restaurants, as well as a bus stop. The lovers of night life could also visit the nearby resorts Sunny Day, Golden Sands and Albena, which are full of attractions and entertainments.
