This grain and livestock farm is located in Terter village, 15 km away from Tutrakan and 20 km away from Kubrat. The village occupies the north central region of Bulgaria and belongs to Ruse district.

The Bucharest International Airport is 120 km away.

This grain and livestock farm is built on a plot area of 98 000 sq.m suitable for agricultural activity. There are 10 cow-farms with sizes from 300 sq.m to 550 sq.m, a mill and two storehouses (500 sq.m each). There is an adjacent plot of agricultural land, which belongs to the farm with a size of 240 000 sq.m.

The property has its own water-pressure tower and electricity supply. It is surrounded by a fence. The security is ensured by a guard. The farm buildings are in good condition, but the property does need some repair works.

Town of Rouse Ruse (also transliterated as Rousse or Russe) is the fifth largest city in Bulgaria a population of 166 991 (by current address). Ruse is situated in the northeastern part of the country, on the right bank of the Danube, opposite the Romanian city of Giurgiu, 300 km from the capital Sofia and 200 km from the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is the most significant Bulgarian river port, serving an important part of the international trade of the country.
Ruse is known for its 19th- and 20th-century Neo-Baroque and Neo-Rococo architecture, which attracts many tourists. The Ruse-Giurgiu Friendship Bridge, the only one in the shared Bulgarian-Romanian section of the Danube, crosses the river here.
