Upon paying the deposit the plot will be reserved for a period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and pay the next installment according to the payment plan:

• 10% - upon signing of the Preliminary Contract;
• 90% - upon finalizing the deal with the Notary.
