• The property does not have any sockets or switches placed, only the designated places for them with the cables coming out of the wall and the entire electricity system installed.

RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION

You could make a reservation immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable in cash, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
