Reservation Procedure

You could reserve an apartment in this complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3% (but not less than 1 000 Euro) of the price, payable by cash, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or via bank transfer.Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and pay the next installments according to the payment plan.

Bulgarian Properties charge 3% agency commission , payable upon signing of the Preliminary contract.

47 %- upon signing the Preliminary Contract
50%- subject to negotiation, but not later than receiving the Notary Act 15 and finalizing the deal with the Notary.
