2006 Ryder Cup captain Ian Woosnam is not only one of the most experienced golfers in Europe, but also a renowned course designer in association with European Golf Design (EGD). To optimize water consumption and recycling, the latest technologies have been employed for the design of the watering and drainage systems - and for the use of the optimum breeds of grass in accordance with current agricultural research findings. The state-of-the-art clubhouse will offer an extensive range of facilities including professional tuition, pro shop, restaurant, bar and secure locker rooms. while the Lighthouse Golf School will comprise: practice ground, putting green, bunker area and pitch ‘n’ putt with programmes for players of all ages, levels and handicaps.

Spa & Wellness Centre

PAYMENT PLAN
• 5000 € reservation deposit (non-refundable if you decide not to purchase), deducted from the last instalment
• 90 % second instalment at signing the Preliminary Contract (within 14 days from reservation)
• 10 % final payment on signing of title deed

For the purchase of houses with private garden areas, Buyers will need to register a company - BulgarianProperties will provide full advice and assistance in this procedure.

BulgarianProperties Ltd. does not charge commission for Lighthouse Golf Resort & Spa.

The price is final, with VAT included, one-year membership for the golf course and fully equiped kitchennette with apliances.

If you would like to have a fully furnished apartment you have to pay additionally 8 000 EUR if it is one-bedroom and 10 000 EUR if it is two-bedroom.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Constantly updated. Prices are final, inclusive of VAT. The full price paid is written in the title deeds. Additional costs for notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 4-6% on top of the purchase price. There are no other hidden costs.
