It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.

PAYMENT SCHEME
Payment in three installments as follows:
1000 euro upon reservation
35% of the price minus 1000 Euros at signing of a preliminary contract
65% of the price at completion of the deal ( when Act 16 is issued)
