The apartment is offered only for a long-term rental of minimum 6 (six) months. You could make a reservation immediately by paying one monthly rent. On the day of accommodation you should also pay refundable damage deposit of one monthly rent.

Rental price
The long-term rental price of the apartment „Bord” is 310 Euro per month.
This price does not include the utility costs for electricity, water, TV, Internet.

The property management and maintenace is included in the rental price.
