On an area of 93 sq.m. there is: a hall, a terrace with table and chairs, a bathroom/WC, a toilet, a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed. The flat is situated in the inner yard of the complex.

RESERVATION

The flat can be booked right away by paying a 50% deposit from the total price. In the day of accommodation, you own a refundable damage deposit to the amount of 200 Euro.

RENTING PRICE

THE RENTING PRICE FOR ONE WEEK STAY IS 460 EURO, which includes: water expenses, electricity expenses, cable TV, change of bedroom underwear, once a week.
