You’ll be in a complex with an excellent infrastructure, with fast and easy access to the supermarket “Piccadilly Park”, where there is a petrol station, a pharmacy, a café-bar, a restaurant, a children’s playground. You are very close to all the other restaurants near the Varna beach and the center of the city is just 5 minutes drive.

During the summer season, you can enjoy the beach, because it is only 10 minutes away by foot. You’ll also have the chance to see the Palace of “Evksinograd” and feel absorbed by the charm of the 19th century. Not less famous is the cellar of Evksinograd from 1891, which is well valued by the wine connoisseurs.

The complex gives calmness to the inhabitants and it is provided a children’s playground with all kind of games available. Around the buildings there are nicely arranged grassed areas, planted with different flower, as well as some benches.

Apartment “The palace” could be reserved right away, by paying a reserving deposit.

RENTING PRICE
The renting price is 270 Euro for a month (min 12 months), which include: consumer expenses for water, digital TV, Internet WiFi, common part’s maintenance.
The refundable damage deposit is 360 Euro.
