The access to the dwelling can be achieved in two ways – from the main gate, or from the underground parking lot, due to an elevator.

Apartment “Blanca” is located in the second floor. On an area of 122 sq.m. there is a living room, a kitchen with all necessary electricity appliances – walled in washing machine, a dish washer, an aspirator, an oven, a fridge, an air conditioner. The bedroom is colored in black and white and is equipped with a double bed. The living room and the bedroom have a common terrace, from where you can enjoy a delightful sea panorama. The bathroom is provided a comfortable bath tub.

The predominant colors of the dwelling are beige, black and white, which create a sophisticated atmosphere. This home would be delightful for the French connoisseurs, as it has stylish furnishing and design.
