Reservation procedure
You could reserve 'George' apartment immediately by paying one monthly rent. At the time of accommodation you should also pay a deposit of 200 Euro, subject to return upon leaving the apartment and after verifying that no damages incurred.

Renting price
The renting price for the winter period is 300 Euro per month. This price does not include the utility expenses for electricity, water and cable TV.

The renting price for the summer season is 900 Euro per month. This price includes also the utility expenses for electricity, water, cable TV, underground parking space and use of the swimming pool.
