GREEN PARK PARADISE CLUB
Located at the west side of Golden Sands, in the quiet and calm of a beautiful forest the newly built luxury residential complex Club Paradise Park offers plenty of choices. The residential complex is in very close proximity to the centre of Golden Sands, yet the forest shields it from the busyness of the resort and provides ample opportunity for calm and quiet recuperation.

Club Paradise Park disposes of 196 apartments, located in three main wings, 7 and 8 floors, respectively. The residential complex is completely enclosed and private. For your thorough convenience, within the complex there are two receptions, an English pub, bank office, Spa center, Jacuzzi, fitness hall and Laundry.

THE APARTMENTS
These apartments are set on the forth residential floor of a seven-storey newly constructed development. Each of them spreads over 72,08 sq. m. total size (62,94 sq. m. living area). The building is equipped with a luxury hydraulic elevator. Each apartment consists of one spacious bedroom , a sunny living room, a common terrace for both rooms suitable for summer garden and a bathroom/wc with large bathtub.

The attractive location of the apartments guarantees high rental income due to the fact that just within a couple of minutes one could reach the golden beach of the resort and various restaurants, cafes, shops.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
• It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
• No company is needed to own an apartment in the Green Park Paradise Club.

RESERVATION & AGENCY COMMISSION
You could reserve any of these 1-bedroom apartment immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 EUR, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay 50% installment from the total price.

Bulgarian Properties charges 3% agency commission for this apartment in Varna, payable when signing of the Preliminary Contract.

All prices include VAТ. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 5% on top of the purchase price and there are no other hidden costs.
