Having just received the deeds for our new home in Bulgaria, we can now tell everyone of our experience with Bulgarian Properties.
We first went to Bulgaria in May, armed with a list of properties taken from your website, which we viewed and selected one of them, Paid the deposit + fees and came home.
In August we were asked to send the full amount which we did, only to be informed later that the sellers had changed their minds.
We chose another house, and on arrival in Sunny Beach in September we were told they had also changed their minds, so we were back to square one.
After another two days viewing, we were shown the house we now own, and it is more than we ever could have dreamed of.
Because we had been let down twice, a reduction in the selling price was negotiated by the staff at Elhovo. This was just the icing on the cake. All through our difficulties we never lost faith in Bulgarian Properties, we trusted them all the way and they never let us down. Their hard work and devotion paid off " big style ", and Molly and I cannot thank enough, Elvira, Desi and all at Elhovo office, and of course Polina, for their patience, perseverance and kindness.
